**Responsibilities**:
Litigation & Court Practice: Handle legal proceedings, court appearances, and coordinate with external advocates for real estate matters.

Non-Litigation & Documentation: Manage all legal documentation, including drafting and reviewing agreements, sale deeds, correction deeds, and MOUs.

Search & Title Report: Conduct search reports and title verification for properties to ensure legal clarity and avoid disputes.

Drafting & Legal Documentation: Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents, including agreements, notices, and other real estate-related legal paperwork.

Real Estate Transactions: Assist in handling all documentation related to the sale, purchase, lease, and transfer of properties.

Client Legal Issues: Address and resolve legal issues faced by clients by liaising with advocates and internal stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local property laws, municipal regulations, and government policies affecting real estate.

Market Trends & Legal Updates: Monitor and report key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area to mitigate legal risks.

Dispute Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts arising between property owners, tenants, and internal teams.

Report Compilation: Prepare detailed reports on legal cases, property transactions, and compliance matters for business records.

Key Requirements:
Law degree (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.

Minimum [Specify Years] experience in real estate legal advisory.

Strong expertise in property laws, contracts, land acquisition, and title due diligence.

Excellent drafting skills and legal document preparation.

Experience in handling litigation and non-litigation matters.

Ability to work closely with clients, internal teams, and external advocates.

Up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulatory changes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
