**Job Description**:
We are looking for Associate Facilities Coordinator for our Chennai office who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office complex. We would love to speak with you if you have experience in facilities management including buildings, cleaning, catering, hospitality, security, or parking, with a focus on optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment for our employees.

**About You - experience, education, skills, and**accomplishments**
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Minimum 6 years of facility experience
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.

- Experience working for a global organization.
- BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field

**What you will be doing in this role?**
- To manage the Security and Housekeeping Services in the facility with Optimum deployment of manpower with no compromise in the daily functioning.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Spoc for Compliance / Audits of third-party vendors.
- Handling Guest relations and Courier Services.
- Budgeting and maintaining MIS, Purchase Orders, and coordinate with Finance for budget & Pos.
- Consumables management for Tea/Coffee & Vending Machines installed in the facility.
- To manage the cafeteria services in the facility
- Seating planning and projection, Asset tagging and compliance.
