Facility Coordinator
- Manage 3rd party service contractors for day-to-day operations (conduct regular meetings, implement inspection / performance evaluation program)
- Management of work orders
- Tracking of maintenance and repair activities
- Support health and safety initiatives and protocols
- Administrative support such as documentation and record management
- Conduct regular FM inspections and audits.
- Follow up related requests/issues raised by the end-users
