**Job Title: CRM Executive**

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B travel agents and partners.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings, itineraries, and payments.

Maintain an updated CRM database and follow up on leads and queries promptly.

Assist in developing customized travel solutions for B2B clients.

Coordinate with operations, sales, and ticketing teams to ensure seamless client servicing.

Monitor partner satisfaction and proactively work to resolve issues.

Share product updates, offers, and promotional deals with partners.

Generate basic MIS reports for management review.

Graduate in any stream (Preference for Travel & Tourism or Hospitality background).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).

Experience in travel CRM systems is a plus.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.

A positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
