**Job Summary**: As a Construction Site Safety Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest safety standards on construction sites. Your primary role will involve developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs and protocols to minimize accidents and injuries while promoting a culture of safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
- Provide safety training and education to workers and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to integrate safety measures into project plans.
- Stay updated on the latest safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Construction Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and provide detailed reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
