**Role: Social Media Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Source ideas for creating social media posts.
- Create and publish posts on behalf of key Xerago personnel, on their respective social media accounts.
- Diligent reporting of content performance
- Engage with the audiences that respond to the posts.
- Explore different kinds of social media post formats, determine which kind of format works best for specific types of posts, and optimize the posts.
- Follow key decision-makers in Xerago’ s prospective companies and keep engaging with their posts.

**Requirements and skills**:

- **BBA or MBA fresher**
- Strong English reading and writing skills.
- Understanding and appreciative of multiple cultures and ensuring the same reflects on the content.

**Salary**: ₹220,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
