Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic MBA Marketing fresher to support our marketing and sales team in promoting construction equipment, generating leads, coordinating with customers, and assisting in field marketing activities. The role involves both office and on-site responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotion


• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for construction equipment.


• Create and share marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and product presentations.


• Support digital marketing activities including social media management, email campaigns, and website updates.

Sales Support


• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, industry events, and online sources.


• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos, meetings, and follow-ups with customers.


• Maintain customer database (CRM) with updated contact and enquiry records.

Market Research


• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.


• Identify potential customers like contractors, builders, rental companies, and infrastructure firms.


• Support the team in preparing market analysis reports.

Customer Interaction


• Assist in handling customer queries and providing preliminary product information.


• Support sales engineers during site visits, product demos, and equipment inspections.

Reporting


• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, visits, enquiries, and marketing activities.


• Support documentation related to tenders, proposals, and quotations.

Required Skills


• MBA in Marketing (freshers preferred).


• Good communication and presentation skills.


• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & digital marketing.


• Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.


• Interest in construction equipment or heavy machinery industry (added advantage).
