Job Title: Product Coordinator

Experience: 2-3 Years

Location: Surat

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with tech teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the product development lifecycle.
- Work closely with operations teams to identify process improvements and ensure the product aligns with operational needs.
- Coordinate with vendors (tech/non tech)
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and drive data-driven decisions.
- Prepare detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Lead product launches, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.
- Provide clear communication and updates to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to maintain Evify’s competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the operations and ground teams to ensure the efficient deployment of software, address their queries, and act as a liaison to identify and resolve ground-level issues by coordinating with the tech team.

Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in logistics, EV, or technology-driven industries.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, break them into actionable steps, and execute effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including tech, operations, and external vendors.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or other reporting tools.
- Passion for sustainability and a drive to contribute to eco-friendly solutions.

Preferred Skills: -Experience in the logistics, mobility, or electric vehicle domain. -Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and fleet optimization technologies. -Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
