JD- Production Coordination. The Production Coordinator’s responsibilities include scheduling and planning production activities, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that quality standards are met. The role of the Production Coordinator is to ensure that the production process is efficient and that products are produced to the highest quality. Responsibilities. - Daily Plan and schedule production activities and supervise the production process with team. - Regular production meeting & report. - Coordinate and oversee the production process from start to finish. - Ensure the efficient use of production resources. - Coordinate with different departments involved in production. - Ensure products are produced to quality standards and meet production deadlines. - Maintain production records and reports. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations - Order and manage production supplies. - Train and supervise production staff. - Assisting the production manager in scheduling and planning production activities. - Handling administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing budgets. - Communicating with different departments including procurement, logistics, Design, production, sales and human resources to ensure smooth production processes. - Overseeing the hiring, training, and scheduling of production staff. - Ensuring that safety regulations are followed at all times. - Tracking production progress and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. - Addressing production issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions. - If any issue with suppliers for materials and equipment Update to senior. - Organizing meetings, managing project communication, and disseminating information to the team. **Qualifications**: - Proven work experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role. - Experience in production planning and manufacturing processes. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of safety standards and regulations. - BSc degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing or relevant field or mechanical background with above experience. Key Skills: - 4+ Years of Relevant Experience in Similar profile. - Well versed with MS Word, Power Point. - Strategic and Coordination skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines - Ability to multitask. - Excellent Communication Skills. - Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel. Additional Information - Job Title: Production Coordinator. - Work Environment: This job is performed in a factory setting. Some physical effort may be required standing or walking for extended periods, and operating machinery. - Reporting Structure: Reports to the Production Manager or Operations Manager.
