Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement:

- Sales and Lead Generation:

- Qualify leads by assessing their rental requirements and the property avail.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively onboarding the owners on our platform.
- Property Knowledge:

- Stay informed about the company's property portfolio and market trends.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the policies and benefits offered by the Nestaway to the potential owners.
- Collaborate with the property management (sales) team to ensure accurate and up-to-date listings.
- Documentation and Process Management:

- Assist owners by collecting required documentation if in case not provided by the owner during the initial onboarding process.
- Work closely with the Sales team to fill the property for better experience.
- Feedback and Improvement:

- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies for continuous improvement and generate more referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate or property rental industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends is a plus.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
