Key Tasks:

- To research and generate leads using online tools
- To enrich existing leads with missing information
- Create and maintain a database
- Work closely with the production, sales and marketing departments

Key Skills:

- Proven knowledge & experience of list building methodologies and techniques.
- Conducting & Collecting Information on Primary/ Secondary/ Web research to find out the contact details of relevant business executives.
- Contact profiling through various search engines, websites & database tools.
- Perform evaluative analysis of selected resources and current market data.
- Coordinate with business management to determine list building objectives.
- Understands the relevance of data and critical about data source, accuracy and authenticity.
- Work in accordance to project brief and deliver frequent project updates.
- Formulate effective and efficient list-building processes.
- Organize and maintain databases.
- Enriching the leads with missing information to achieve data accuracy standards.
- Data verification & validation to maintain quality standards.
- Using various methodologies and sources to obtain recent and relevant data.
- Frequently self-audit work and check data for errors and inconsistencies.
- A confident, team player who also works on their own initiative and an eye for detail.
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Excited by working to and meeting targets set.
- An appetite to constantly learn and develop their skills.
- Strong work ethic and result-driven.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant work experience of 1 - 3 Years.
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in delivering list-building/ lead enrichment projects.
- Proven experience in balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
- Understanding of the digital landscape.
