**Job Title**: Social Media Specialist
**Location**: Noida (Remote for now, in-office after transition)
**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Sprint Digitech is a growing digital marketing agency based in Noida, established in May 2023. We are rapidly expanding and currently serving a variety of brands across digital marketing services, including website design, SEO, social media management, and online advertising. We are looking for a creative and driven **Social Media Specialist** to join our team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our agency and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging, on-brand, and creative content for social media platforms.
- **Strategy Development**: Create and implement social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- **Community Management**: Manage and grow online communities, responding to queries, engaging with followers, and fostering meaningful connections.
- **Ad Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize social media ads across various platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, offering actionable insights for improvement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong skills in content creation (visuals and copy), social media strategy, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), advertising tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
