Openings for process trainers **Primary Responsibilities**: - Overall 3+ Years of experience in BPO sector and should have at least 1 year of experience as a Trainer - Should have experience into both training and quality concepts. - Must be fluent in communication - Should have experience into International domain - Hands on experience into MS office, Excel and presentations. - Exposure into 7QC tools - Basic understanding in six sigma concepts - Should have experience in handling following reports : (Quality Audit sampling reports, Quality Reports, RCA- root cause analysis and other TNI reports) Minimum Qualifications: - Education Requirement: - High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred **Required Skills**: - Professional demeanor and attitude - Detail-oriented and highly organized - Problem-solving - High degree of flexibility and ability to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks - Ability to work independently - High degree of proficiency with all Microsoft Office 360 Suite - Excellent interpersonal skills **Salary**: Upto 4.25 LPA Shift: 24/7 Week off: Two rotational Location: Chennai Age limit: Upto 40 years **'IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY"** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Evening shift - Night shift - Rotational shift - UK shift - US shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - process trainer: 1 year (required) - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) Work Location: In person
