Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Indian dishes (cutting, peeling, grinding spices, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Ensure proper storage of food items according to food safety guidelines.
- Help with kitchen setup and closing duties (mise en place and cleaning).
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Dispose of waste and manage kitchen sanitation according to hotel standards.
- Handle and store kitchen tools and ingredients with care.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
