- **Staying Informed**:Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with other teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to overall business growth.
