Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Qualification Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels such as online research networking or cold calling Client Relationship Management Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and foster long-term partnerships Product Service Presentation Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the company s offerings Negotiation and Closing Negotiating prices terms and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets Sales Pipeline Management Monitoring sales activities updating customer information in CRM systems and providing regular reports on sales performance Team Collaboration Working closely with marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales objectives Market Research and Analysis Keeping abreast of market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies After-Sales Support Providing ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Meeting Sales Targets Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators KPIs Skills and Competencies Sales Skills Negotiation persuasion presentation and closing skills Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Interpersonal Skills Ability to build rapport establish trust and maintain strong relationships with clients Problem-Solving Skills Ability to identify and address customer needs and resolve issues effectively Analytical Skills Ability to analyze sales data market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and improve performance Time Management Ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and meet deadlines Product Knowledge Thorough understanding of the company s products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 7 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 9239124990
