**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
- Present our products/services to prospective clients and demonstrate how they meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Availability to travel as needed.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)

- Sales: 1 year (required)

- Bangalore, Karnataka (required)

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
