Telecaller - Travel & Food Platform

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, travel agencies, food vendors, restaurants, and other potential partners to introduce them to our platform and services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with existing and potential customers to provide information about our travel and food offerings, subscription plans, and promotional packages.
- **Sales & Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads, nurture customer interest, and convert inquiries into successful sales or partnerships.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the platform’s latest travel and food packages, experiences, and offers to effectively communicate and sell them to customers.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads and previous contacts to ensure a smooth customer journey and provide additional information if required.
- **Customer Support**: Address any questions, concerns, or inquiries customers may have over the phone, providing them with accurate information and assisting them in using the platform.
- **Data Entry & CRM Management**: Accurately record all customer interactions, inquiries, and sales details in the CRM system, ensuring that records are kept up to date.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers about our platform and services to share with the team for continuous improvement.
- **Meet Targets**: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions as set by the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience in Telecalling/Sales**: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or food industry.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus), with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: A friendly, positive, and helpful attitude, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- **Target-Driven**: A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Ability to handle objections, resolve issues, and think on your feet during customer interactions.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and basic computer skills to manage customer data and call logs efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accurate data entry skills to maintain records and track customer communications.
- **Self-Motivated**: A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience in telecalling within a travel, hospitality, or food-related company.
- Fluency in multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Understanding of travel and food trends to offer relevant recommendations to customers.
