Experience**:1- 3years.**

**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities**
- Work closely with the User Research team.
- Well
- versed with User Research methodologies
- Represent the user in your cross-functional group to define product requirements.
- Design user flows, wireframes, mocks, and prototypes.
- Communicate design intent to both internal and external teams.
- Rationalize design work and advocate for users’ needs.
- Collaborate with the Visual Designer and deliver the designs for each release following through on details with the tech team and navigating fit-and-finish polish.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Design preferably Communication Design, Human Centric and

Strategic Design from a Reputed Design School

- Adaptable to change; able to respond to shifting requirements and priorities
- Well-organized and structured approach to work with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable with coordinating and collaborating with business teams to drive required decisions and outcomes.
