
Back Office Executive

**Position Summary**:
The Back Office Executive plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the company by handling administrative tasks, data management, and coordinating between different departments to ensure smooth operations. The role involves managing both online and offline processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in delivering results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**:
- Handle routine office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support the front office or customer-facing teams by processing orders, maintaining records, and tracking delivery or service statuses.
2. **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
- Prepare and generate reports related to sales, inventory, or operations.
3. **Communication Coordination**:
- Act as a liaison between front-office staff, clients, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication flow.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and ensure the necessary documentation is in place.
4. **Document Processing**:
- Handle and process internal and external documents such as invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
- Ensure proper filing of physical and digital documents according to the company’s filing system.
5. **Inventory Management**:
- Assist in tracking inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for orders, deliveries, and returns as necessary.
6. **Operational Support**:
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports, schedules, and forecasts.
- Monitor internal workflows to identify areas for improvement.
7. **Other Duties**:
- Undertake other administrative tasks as required by the department or organization.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality requirements.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role is desirable.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management software and database systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve administrative challenges.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Yearly bonus

- New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
