About Us: Arti Multitech is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in the sourcing and supply of essential components to the steel, alumina, and mining industries. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Data Management:

- Efficiently manage and organize data related to product sourcing, supplier information, and client interactions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries in the company database.

2. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Handle documentation related to procurement, sales, and other back-office processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for easy retrieval and reference.

3. Coordination and Communication:

- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate seamless communication between the front and back office.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.

4. Order Processing:

- Assist in order processing activities, including order verification, invoicing, and coordination with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment.

5. Report Generation:

- Generate regular reports on back-office activities, such as sales performance, order status, and inventory levels.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of these reports.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Identify and address discrepancies or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in back-office roles or similar administrative positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

Additional Requirements:

- Familiarity with database management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,151.04 - ₹18,000.00 per month
