**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate spare parts for their vehicles.
- Utilize your expertise in automotive systems and components to accurately assess customer needs and recommend suitable replacement parts.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory, including part numbers, specifications, and compatibility with various vehicle makes and models.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the availability of parts and efficient inventory management.
- Perform regular stock checks and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advancements in automotive technology.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including shelving, storage areas, and workstations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulations.
