IT Solution Owner

**About the role**:

- Gather and consolidate IT Feasibility Studies from Demand Management Function and detailed requirements from Product Manager, Engineering & Process IE for evaluation of project needs, involves OBS IT Expert in maturation phase to co-build the functional MVP with reasonable size, cut in several releases.
- Work in Agile mode with the TTM core team, Think / Build phases are repeated on every sprint.
- Leads the feasibility, study and build phases for projects with configurational impacting.
- Owns the global IT solution working with all IT providers internal & external Partner, to be efficient on the integration and test phases.
- To have KPIs on IT change done for TTM projects.
- Find the good compromise to deliver an incremental IT solution which allows to test the market, improve and automatize the IT solution using and users feedback.
- Organize and coordinate the focus group between developers and end users to build the IT solution.
- Act as a IT stream leader in the TTM core team from maturation phase to then end of the project, he is responsible for global project management along TTM process.
- Leads multiple projects, prepare project plan, gather people and resource need for formal project commitment to ensure everyone concerned is informed.
- Align TTM processes and IT processes. IT solution is part of TTM project, and driven by TTM milestones and Business requirements according to IT constraints in sectors.
- Present and secure the validation of “T-1 preparation” in the solution Board for the project scope and IT solution Macro design, IT sectors commitment on the resources allocation for study according to T0 target date.
- Present and secure the validation of “T0 preparation” with the finalized IT Solution design, IT costs and delivery planning. Obtain from IT sectors commitment on development capacity
- Accountable for scope management and conformance, schedule & cost variance, scalable & robust design & stakeholders management for multiple projects under their management.
- Record & Manage and share risk ,issues and prepare mitigation plans for on time delivery, within budget and in accordance with the business requirements.
- Ensure the joint commitment of OBS IT and Business counterparts to project execution with all contributors under the authority of Project manager and secure funding.
- Lead project qev ‘end to end’ tests while executing projectised test scenario’s and supporting UAT
- Ensure that all expected conditions to go into production are met, acceptance tests and performance constraints.
- Ensure all the expected conditions to achieve and end the project are met, pilot phase test and assessment, acceptance tests and performance constraints along with Handover to LifeCycle manager at the time of “T3 preparation"
- Provide regular updates to Business & OBSIT Stakeholders on allocated TTM Project.

**About you**:

- 6+ years of experience in Business System Analysis/Product Owner/ Project Management managing multiple IT projects following Agile Methodologies and Waterfall (SDLC)
- Good knowledge of Building IT solutions design working in Agile Model of (SDLC) prefably in Telecom Projects (OSS, BSS) domain delivering incremental software delivery in sprints.
- Should be able manage the product backlog and work closely with dev teams to work in sprints.
- Sound fundamentals of Requirement gathering ,build Solution design creating user stories, project management, automatic software testing (selenium, Rob framework.
- Sound knowledge in managing IT Projects. for Telecom products & services evolution encompassing Business Units : Network, Voice, Security, Unified Communication, Mobility, Cloud Computing
- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to develop a network and work transversally.
- Customer focused and result driven.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Telecom Services portfolio and associated service management needs.
- Previous on Trello,JIRA ,Jenkins and Scrum methodologies.
- Development Backgroud on Programming Language (Java), Python, REST & SOAP API’s
- Open sources tools in fully automatic Devop’s
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, team working, presentation skills.
- Knowledge on major industry standards (e.g. eTOM,TMF, TOGAF etc.).
- Languages: English (mandatory), French (desirable)
