Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner with a background in workflow management, data management, and APIs to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the design and delivery of innovative solutions that streamline workflows, enhance data processes, and optimize system integrations.

As a key player in the product development lifecycle, you will define and prioritize product features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and user needs.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Create the product roadmap is in line with the vision and big picture of the platform
- Drive the development process by engaging with process owners and development units
- Act as a virtual team leader to motivate the scrum to work towards achieving great results
- Needs to have a strong decision-making ability to be able to balance between priorities and resource capacity
- Own the backlog management activities in JIRA incl. Writing stories, tracking and updates
- Follow the SAFe Agile methodology and mode of operation
- Groom the requirements from stakeholders and become the bridge between the Development scrum and Business stakeholder

Supporting PM in managing and refining Program level backlog / Maintaining backlog in JIRA

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation tools, data management platforms, and API technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with hands-on backlog management expertise.
- Experience with APIs, including RESTful API design, integration, and documentation.
- Knowledge of data management frameworks and ETL pipelines.
- Understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms, and database technologies
