Hiring: Product Owner (6–10 Years Experience) Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote Envertiz Consultancy (Hiring for our client in India) Envertiz Consultancy is seeking an experienced Product Owner to support one of our clients in driving product clarity, accelerating requirement readiness, and enabling seamless collaboration between business and technology teams. If you enjoy leading agile processes and shaping product outcomes, this role is an excellent fit. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and streamline the requirement-gathering process for new product initiatives. - Translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements and user stories. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and technical feasibility. - Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog; ensure stories are well-defined, structured, and sprint-ready. - Serve as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, offering clarity and direction. - Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Track progress, monitor requirement readiness, highlight risks, and remove delivery blockers. - Work with leadership teams to align product strategy with timelines and dependencies. Qualifications: - 6–10 years of experience in Product Ownership/Product Management within product development environments. - Strong technical understanding with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. - Proven experience in requirement gathering, backlog management, and agile workflows. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. - Experience working with distributed or cross-location teams is an added advantage. Additional Requirements: - Experience in software product development (SaaS, enterprise platforms, or digital products). - Background as a developer, business analyst, or technical project manager is a strong plus. - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar agile/product tools.
