**Job Title**: Field Supervisor

**Location**: Bhuj, Kachchh

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Experience Required**: Minimum 8 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate field activities related to erection and installation work
- Monitor daily site operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Plan and allocate tasks to site teams for smooth execution
- Resolve site-level challenges and maintain project timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal departments for effective workflow
- Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in erection and field supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site and manage multiple activities simultaneously

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
