Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Supervise daily activities on the construction site to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Team Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to schedule work activities, allocate resources, and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used on site to ensure they meet project requirements and industry standards.

Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to project management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and any deviations from the project schedule or budget.

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Material Management: Coordinate the delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials on site to ensure efficient utilization and minimize wastage.

Problem Solving: Identify and address any technical issues or challenges encountered during the construction process, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily reports, inspection logs, and change orders, to facilitate project documentation and billing processes.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of one year of experience in civil construction or related field.

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of workers.

Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.

Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
