**Packing Machine Operator**

We are searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Machine Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the machinery used to package our products. You will ensure that all packaging meets our high standards for quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate packing machines, ensuring they are clean, calibrated, and functioning properly
- Monitor the packaging process and adjust machine settings as needed to optimize performance
- Inspect packaged products to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of packing machines, including identifying and resolving minor issues
- Maintain inventory levels of packaging materials and report any shortages to supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery
- Collaborate with production personnel and quality control inspectors to ensure smooth operations

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating packing machinery (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license (may be required)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
