**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment, including pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, and filling machines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure efficient operation and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Monitor and adjust processing parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Conduct quality control tests on dairy products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Record and document production data, including output quantities, temperatures, and processing times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with packaging and storage of finished products.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dairy processing plant or similar environment preferred.
- Knowledge of dairy processing equipment and operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve operational problems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends.
