Job Description for Lokotrack Crushing position.

Involves overseeing the operations and maintenance of Loko Track crushing and screening plants. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

1. Responsibilities:

  • Plant Operations: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of Loko Track crushing and screening plants.
  • Hydraulics: Strong knowledge in Hydraulic System maintenance & trouble shooting.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of Track Mounted crushers, screens, conveyors, and other related equipment.
  • Production Optimization: Monitor production processes, troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues, and optimize crusher performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other departments (such as maintenance, logistics, and quality control) to achieve production targets.
  • Reporting: Report production data, equipment status, and any issues to higher management.

2. Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Track Mounted crusher plant operations, maintenance and equipment including hydraulics system maintenance.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical/Electrical issues.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years previous experience in Metso crusher plant operations and maintenance or a similar role, preferably in the mining or construction industry.
  • Education: B.E/B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
