Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage office documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. IT Hardware Assistance:
- Provide basic IT support for office equipment (Desktop PC, Printers, scanners, etc.).
- Troubleshoot minor hardware/software issues and escalate to IT support if needed.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of office IT assets.
3. Customer Call Coordination:
- Answer and redirect phone calls professionally.
- Take messages and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain a log of customer queries and resolutions.
4. Local Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange local travel, meetings, and courier services.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance.
- Assist in organizing office events or meetings as needed.
5. Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for the Regional Manager and HO Support Team.
- Maintain records of office expenses, attendance, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
