**Job Description**:

- Design, develop, and execute **test cases **for ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Perform **manual and automated testing **of new and existing functionalities.
- Validate business processes across ServiceNow modules like **ITSM, ITOM, HRSD **, etc.
- Utilize ServiceNow’s **Automated Test Framework (ATF) **for developing automated test scripts.
- Conduct **functional, regression, performance, and integration testing **.
- Document and report **test results **and collaborate with the development team to resolve defects.
- Ensure compliance with **ServiceNow best practices **for testing and platform maintenance.
- Participate in **Agile **development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

**Primary Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with **ServiceNow ATF **for automation.
- Strong understanding of **ServiceNow modules **and platform architecture.
- Proficiency in **JavaScript **for writing and executing test scripts.
- Familiarity with **testing tools **such as **Selenium **or **Postman **for API testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with **Agile/Scrum **methodologies.
