**VM Associate Operations**

**Responsibilities**:
Main responsibility will be to ensure and upkeep VM materials in stock. Maintain inventory, place orders, Quality check and manage delivery of VM materials at locations
- Ensuring timely delivery of VM materials, as per VM calendar
- Planning, Coordinating and executing new store setup
- Visiting and auditing store locations based on priority list
- Quality check any VM material received from the vendor
- Highlighting queries and issues faced by store team
- Coordinating among departments and locations
- Interaction with RMs and store managers on overall feedback
- Share weekly inventory count, maintain inward and outward
- Follow up with vendors for expenses and Plan the budget
- Getting the weekly count audit at wh for the existing props/vm materials.
- Coordinate with ops and ensure the delivery of the required shipments are on time, meanwhile escalate to respective stakeholders if any delays

**Required skills**
- Earned any Graduate/Post-graduate/Diploma degree must have flair in visual merchandising
- Should be proficient in Microsoft office
- Must excel in communication skills both written and verbal
- A desire to learn and understand the importance and impact of visual merchandising
- Proactive with the strong ability to prioritise and multitask
- Organisational skills and a great eye for detail is essential
- Works incredibly well under pressure and is highly aware of deadlines
- Exhibits objectivity and openness to others views
- Understanding of material and quality used in VM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
