**Duties of Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)**:
i) Good knowledge of English and Hindi Typing in computer. (Both) (Read)/Write/Communicative) must be computer and net savvy with full knowledge of using Computer internet (MS word, MS Excel and MS power point etc.) with good typing speed.

ii) The personnel engaged have to be extremely courteous with very pleasant mannerism in dealing with the staff and should project an image of utmost discipline. The Department shall have right to have any person moved in case of misconducts or as decided by representative of the Department if the person is not performing the job satisfactorily or otherwise. The contractor shall have to arrange the suitable replacement in all such cases.

iii) The duty hours shall be from 09.30hrs to 1800hrs with lunch break (1300- 1330hrs.). But the duty timing may change depending upon the requirement. Prolonged duty hours (more than 8 hrs. at stretch) shall not be allowed.

iv) The personal will have to report to the duty place/office at least 15 minutes in advance of the commencement of duty hour.

v) The outsourced staff shall attend all the development related work in Office including “Swatch Bharat Mission” Program conducted at Deep Bhavan.

vi) The contractor shall abide by and comply with all the relevant laws and statutory requirements covered under various laws such as Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour (Regulation and abolition) Act, EPF and various other Acts as applicable from time to time with regard to the personnel engaged by the contractor for the Department.

vii) During duty period the outsourced staff should be in proper dress code with I.D. card from their Parent Agency. They will ensure that all the instructions of the administration are strictly followed and there is no lapse of any kind. The outsourced staff shall be eligible for one weekly off.
