Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven BTL Executive to join our marketing team in a Real Estate company. The BTL executive will be responsible for planning and executing a below-the-line marketing campaign to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation and support sales initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of BTL marketing strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies and campaigns to promote residential and commercial properties.
- Organize and manage promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions and in-person marketing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and agencies for the production and distribution of marketing materials.
- Design and executive activities and identify target audience.
- Create and distribute marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners and giveaways.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align BTL activities with sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preference and trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Track and report on the performance of BTL campaigns.
- Ensure all BTL comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven Experience in BTL Marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekends as required for events.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
