Due to the difficulty of visualizing mechanical and electrical engineering skills, manufacturing companies have faced the formidable HR problem of grasping such qualifications by relying on determinations made on-site and personal interviews.**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acting as Interpreter between a wide range of teams and functions during meetings, events etc.
- Keep bilingual records of the meetings
- Translate documents for both internal use and external use that may cover different domains such as development, marketing, etc.
- Act as a PoC for communications between Japanese Headquarters and certain Indian team members
- Act as Liaison between different vendors and Japanese staff
- Handle General Affairs as and when required

**Requirements**:
Requirement:
- JLPT N2/N1(Must)
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in interpretation/Working in Japanese speaking environment
- Fluent English and Business Level Japanese
- Familiarity with basic translation tools and dictionaries
- Basic Understanding of the Tech Industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle interpretation under pressure
- Familiarity with Administration/General Affairs
