In the role of Fragrances Lab Assistant at R S Fragrances International Pvt. Ltd., you will be a vital contributor to our fragrance manufacturing process. Your main responsibility will be to assist in developing, testing, and ensuring the quality of our fragrance products. Collaborating closely with our lab team, which includes perfumers and chemists, your efforts will be key in crafting exceptional and captivating fragrances that meet and exceed customer expectations..

**Responsibilities**

**1.Preparing Samples**:

- Help make fragrance samples for testing by accurately measuring and mixing ingredients
- Use given formulas to make consistent fragrances.

**2.Lab Maintenance**:

- Keep the lab organized and clean to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Keep track of fragrance supplies and help order more when needed

**3. Documentation**:

- Accurately document all procedures, observations, and results in lab notebooks or digital systems.
- Write down what you see and find during tests, and share with the team.

**4. Safety and Compliance**:

- Taking care of all safety protocols and procedures while working with fragrance ingredients and chemicals.
- Comply with regulatory standards and guidelines related to fragrance manufacturing and laboratory operations.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate from any stream, Graduate with science background will be plus.
- Computer knowledge is compulsory. MS Office ,internet ,Google sheets etc. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and share findings.
