**Job Title**: Certification & Compliance Executive - Sustainability & Transaction Certificates

**Department**: Compliance / Sustainability / Quality
**Location**: [A-56, Sec-4, Near to sec -16 metro]
**Reporting To**: Sustainability/Compliance Manager or Head of Operations
**Industry**: Home Furnishing (Cushion Covers, Bedsheets, Carpets, etc.)

**Key Responsibilities**:Transaction Certificate (TC) Management**
- Review supporting documents (invoices, packing lists, purchase orders) to ensure they align with certification requirements.
- Submit requests on certification portals (e.g., Control Union, IDFL, OneCert, etc.) and follow up to ensure timely issuance.
- Maintain complete and accurate TC documentation and records for audit readiness.

**Certification Compliance**
- Ensure all materials and products comply with relevant certification standards (GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS).
- Conduct internal checks and validations before any certified transaction takes place.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure correct labeling, documentation, and material sourcing.

**Audit & Documentation Support**
- Prepare for external audits by certification bodies (CU, IDFL, etc.) by maintaining up-to-date documentation and records.
- Address non-conformities or discrepancies raised during audits or TC processing.
- Maintain a digital filing system for all TC-related documents and certificates.

**Stakeholder Communication**
- Act as the point of contact between the company and certification bodies (Control Union, IDFL, etc.).
- Liaise with internal departments like procurement, production, and dispatch to gather necessary data for certification needs.
- Communicate updates on certification rules or changes to relevant teams.

**Portal & System Handling**
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or rejections on certification portals.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate or Postgraduate in Textile Technology, Sustainability, Compliance, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in handling sustainability certifications and transaction certificates in the têxtile/home furnishing industry.
- **Certifications** (preferred): Awareness training in GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS standards.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with certification portals (Control Union, IDFL, etc.).
- Strong documentation and compliance background.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and file/document management tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset, especially in handling TC discrepancies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
