**Job Description: Payroll and Compliance Executive**

**Position Title**: Payroll and Compliance Executive

**Location**: Sector 136, Noida

**Department**: Human Resources

**Position Overview**:
The Payroll and Compliance Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of payroll systems, and thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Management**:

- Process and administer end-to-end payroll for all employees accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain payroll records and prepare reports.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- **Statutory Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance related to PF and ESIC.
- Prepare and file PF and ESIC returns on time.
- Coordinate with government authorities for inspections and audits.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations affecting payroll and compliance.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain employee records, including PF and ESIC documentation.
- Generate and submit periodic compliance reports.
- Prepare payroll summaries, journals, and related financial documents.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance.
- Proven experience with PF and ESIC regulations and filing.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Certification in payroll processing or related areas.
- Experience with security and facility management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
