Payroll Executive

Noida Uttar Pradesh, India AAFT Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:
Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)

Maintain employee records related to payroll, including leaves, attendance, and overtime

Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for payroll inputs and audits

Prepare salary statements and resolve payroll discrepancies

Manage full and final settlements for exiting employees

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management

Handle statutory filings and liaise with government bodies when required

Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve issues professionally

Stay updated on changes in payroll-related laws and regulations

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field

5-6 years of hands-on payroll experience in a mid to large-sized organization

In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll practices and labor laws

Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, ADP, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel

Strong numerical ability and attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,697.03 - ₹40,000.00 per month
