**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Engagement**:

- Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customers' requirements and recommend appropriate Polki jewellery pieces.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Polki jewellery designs, craftsmanship, and features to inspire customer confidence.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on Polki jewellery trends, pricing, and MBJ Sons’ product catalog.
- Explain the uniqueness and value of Polki jewellery, including gemstones, settings, and heritage significance.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Upsell and cross-sell other jewellery products to maximize revenue.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in maintaining inventory records for Polki jewellery.
- Ensure proper handling, care, and display of jewellery items.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- **Market Insights**:

- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities for Polki jewellery.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in jewellery sales, with a focus on **Diamond and Polki jewellery**.
- Excellent knowledge of Polki jewellery designs, manufacturing techniques, and market value.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with high-end clientele and handle luxury products.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
- Basic computer skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
