**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize **CNC programs** for machining automotive parts.
- Interpret **engineering drawings** and **3D CAD models** to determine machining requirements.
- Select appropriate **cutting tools, speeds, and feeds** for different materials.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot **CNC machines** (e.g., lathes, milling machines, grinders).
- Ensure **precision and quality** of machined components through measurement and inspection.
- Collaborate with **design, production, and quality teams** to improve efficiency.
- Perform **CNC machine maintenance** and ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and resolve machining **defects and errors**.
- Document and update **process parameters** for future reference.
- Maintain compliance with **safety standards** and **quality control guidelines**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Diploma/Bachelor’s degree** in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- **1 to 5 years** of experience in **CNC programming** within the automobile industry.
- Proficiency in **G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software** (such as Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM, or AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of **GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)**.
- Hands-on experience with **CNC lathe, milling, and grinding machines**.
- Knowledge of **automobile components and machining processes**.
- Familiarity with **material properties** and **cutting tool selection**.
- Experience with **CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection techniques**.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize **CNC programs** for efficiency.
- Strong analytical and **problem-solving skills**.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Experience with **multi-axis machining** (3-axis, 5-axis CNC).
- Knowledge of **lean manufacturing** and **process improvement techniques**.
- Exposure to **robotic automation and Industry 4.0 technologies**.

**Location : Jamnagar, Gujarat**

**Qualification : Diploma/B.E Mechanical/ITI**

**Experience : 1-5 years**

**Salary : Up to 40k**

**Key skills : Experience in automobile company is must.**
