Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive **Telecaller Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients over the phone to introduce our website design and digital services, generate leads, and set up meetings for our sales team. Your primary goal is to drive interest and convert conversations into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain our website design & digital solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable services to them.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange appointments for the business development team.
- Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems accurately.
- Follow up on existing leads to nurture and convert them into business opportunities.
- Handle basic queries and escalate complex inquiries to senior team members.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and leads.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
