- Your role will require you to utilize your experience in / and knowledge in Accounts payable profile in Commercial Real Estate - Capital Markets and adhere to the required TAT, Accuracy, and guidelines. You will be aligned to responsibilities based upon your skill set._

- Responsibilities_
- _Understanding of Loan servicing procedure_
- _Good understanding of Finance and Accounts principles and concepts_
- _Knowledge of invoice processing as per Industry standards_
- _Processing invoices within TAT_
- _High accuracy is maintained with zero overpayments_
- _Timely Query resolution to resolve invoice queries._
- _Closure of system hold invoices on timely manner_
- _Sharing QPA and Lean ideas for process improvements_
- _Engage effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders internally and externally on a regular basis._
- _Comprehend customer centric attitude to clearly articulate the resolution within timelines_
- _Communicate analysis performed to the onshore team_

- Minimum Qualifications we seek in you_
- _Strong academic background with bachelor’s degree in commerce/ BBA/MBA in finance from an accredited institution_
- _1-2-year experience in Accounts & finance_
- _Certified in Advanced Financial Modeling_
- _Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)_
- _Adaptability to operate in dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines_
- _Focus on delivering high quality work whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail_
- _Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach_
- _High learning agility, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit_

- Preferred Qualifications_
- _Relevant U.S. Commercial Real Estate - Capital Markets experience in a KPO, or consulting firm, or financial services company_
- _Strong quantitative orientation, with knowledge or ability to learn principles, including Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, Time Value of Money, Return on Equity, Debt Returns, etc._
- _Command in using research databases such as CoStar, REIS, and RCA_
- _Experience of working on Argus software_
- _Ability to write Macros / VBA code_
- _Knowledge of Power BI is a plus_
- _Highly accountable and work with least supervision_
- _Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills_
