**Job Description of Assistant - Office Admin**
To manage and coordinate administration functions at Acharya Associates and execute them as per company’s policies and procedures.
Preparation of Acharya Associates Weekly Goals and Monthly goals as per instructions from CEO and bifurcate among employees.
Proper monitoring of employees to achieve weekly and monthly Goals.
Maintain a safe working environment for all employees by coordinating safety and security activities.
Updating staff’s attendance and time management sheet regularly
Perform functions like Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, and Controlling
Documentation, Record-keeping, and Reporting
Updating office policies and communicating them to the Team.
**SPECIFIC ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -**
- To ensure for all Indian offices employees are following Attendance rule, organizations policy, procedure, and rule.
- Allocate the work to employees set up on previous day in line with weekly goals
- All documents are kept highly organized in files both physical and online as per company policy.
- All websites and social media sites are up to date. Ensuring social media sites are promoted daily as per company policy. Proper Hiring should be done pf the appropriate employee for this function to carry out this function under supervision and guidance of this position.
- The company’s own accounting is done daily, and an appropriate assistant should be hired to carry out this function under this designation’s supervision.
- To ensure that any projects emanating from weekly and monthly goals should be set as a Project-on-Project template and approved by the CEO.
- To ensure the daily task allocated is discussed with each employee and ensure they understand the task and do not have any confusion
- Ensure all employees are working diligently without wasting time
- To ensure by personal inspection or CCTV video for both Indian offices at least 4 times a day that all employees are following company rules and policies and the office is clean and professional decorum of all offices are maintained
- To ensure the credit/payment vouchers are approved by CEO at per the scheduled days and all vendor payment are made in time and no penalty is incurred
- To ensure the office functions are proper as per the rules and ensure proper décor. Is maintained
- Ensure at the end of the day the work reports and daily accounting reports are prepared and discussed with the CEO
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
