Our customers include large health systems and small medical practices, and we are looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to play a key role in maintaining office administration and ensuring a positive work environment.
**Job Summary**:
As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day functioning of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring office organization, and providing support to the team. Your role is pivotal in creating a productive and pleasant work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and overall functionality of the office space.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels, ensuring that everything is well-stocked and organized.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Control over the administrative work, including office support staff schedule, AC, electricity issues & track maintainence and handling correspondence.
- Manage Cab Services, travel plans and accommodations for employees.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents, both physical and digital.
- Managing, organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and gatherings.
- Manage relationships with office service providers, suppliers, and contractors or vendors.
- Assist with compliance and office policies to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Implement health and safety procedures and ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
