Responsible for receipt, appropriate storage, timely availability and issue of circles, SS & other accessories to primary packaging as well as traded goods warehouse
- Provide data to warehouse lead, the list of materials required based on available stock andproduction, on a weekly basis.
- Follow the SOP and customer order guidelines for receipt, storage and issue, primary and finished good packaging as well as dispatch of goods.
- Ensure adequate stock of circles and SS and other accessories and raise timely intimation toProduction Planning and Purchase for timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper in-bound logistics of all materials in coordination with Purchase Lead.
- Ensure team learns and implements GRN as per QC standards
- Ensure quality norms are followed and proper documentation is maintained for all in bound materials (raw materials - solid and liquid, Packing material, traded goods)
- Return the material to the supplier(by purchase) in case of rejection and intimate the purchase department about the same.
- Inter department issue/ receipt to be maintained by all teams on a daily basis
- Prepare delivery challan / gate pass for returnable and repairable goods and finished goods as well as any material sent out of the factory for processing at other location.
- Arrange to raise the obsolete andnon-moving items list every quarter with Production Planning and Director/s so that the same is liquidated before it loses value.
- Direct the process of effective management by undertaking various stocks holding analysis and ageing analysis with respect to inventory turns as per the management directive
- Manage/sell warehouse scrap as per SOP periodically as fixed by the directors.
- Receive, do quality check, inward, store and issue, circles, SS accessories, other accessories and any other material required for production to the production team based on the material requisition request received.
- Maintain and update daily stock of goods received vs issued in the ERP
- Provide fortnightly stock status to warehouse lead

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
