Field Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating field operations within a designated area or region. This role involves managing teams of field staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards of work. The Field Supervisor collaborates closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise field staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to field teams to enhance their performance and skill development.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, safety, and high morale among field personnel.
- **Field Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day field operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions and optimize workflow efficiency.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and best practices to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment for all field personnel.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify hazards, address deficiencies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Investigate incidents or accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **Client Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding field operations, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and responsiveness to client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align field activities with project requirements and client objectives.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor the quality of work performed in the field, conducting inspections and quality checks to uphold standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and corrective measures as needed to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous process enhancements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering, environmental science) preferred.
- Proven experience in field supervision, preferably in industries such as construction, utilities, maintenance, or environmental services.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
- Sound knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to field operations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, reporting, and tracking progress.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.

Experience : 2 to 5years

Qualification : Diploma Electrical, MEchanical / BE Electrical, Mechanical

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
