We need Site supervisor

Location : Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage on-site activities for furniture and modular kitchen installations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the design team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and adherence to design specifications.
- Oversee the delivery, assembly, and installation of furniture and modular kitchen units.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision, preferably in furniture or modular kitchen installations.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of furniture assembly, modular kitchen fittings, and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and coordinate with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
