**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team at KALPAKARRU PROJECTS PVT. LTD., a leading interior manufacturing company. The Project Scheduler will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the scheduling of multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Maintain Project Schedules**: Create detailed project schedules for interior manufacturing projects, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are captured accurately and deadlines are met.
- **Coordinate with Teams**: Collaborate with project managers, designers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to gather input, update schedules, and ensure alignment on project timelines.
- **Track Project Progress**: Monitor and update project schedules, identifying any delays, changes, or issues that may affect timelines and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- **Risk Management**: Proactively identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or disruptions.
- **Resource Allocation**: Ensure proper allocation of resources (labor, materials, equipment) based on the project schedule and needs.
- **Forecast and Reporting**: Prepare regular progress reports, including critical path analysis, and present them to project managers and senior leadership to facilitate decision-making.
- **Change Management**: Incorporate changes or modifications into the project schedule as needed, ensuring adjustments are communicated to all stakeholders.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**: Ensure schedules align with all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within the interior manufacturing or construction industry.
- **Proven Skills**: Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar), with proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed schedules.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Familiarity with interior manufacturing processes and timelines (e.g., cabinetry, furniture production, or custom millwork).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience in coordinating large-scale construction or renovation projects.
